How do you create a direct post link from another thread?

If I wanted to quote a post from another thread that was maybe 1/2 down the thread page, how do you go about doing that? It's easy when it's the last post in the thread (#latest), and you can copy the address bar link, but is there another way that I'm missing? I even tried to hit reply for a post, but nothing comes up from that reply that gives me a link address for that post.

In the old forum, it was easy to do.

Thanks for any help you can offer me :)

    Hi @Scott,

So, the trick is the following: right click on the date of the comment just under the username. Select "copy link address" and then paste the link in the text box of your comment, click enter and an the comment will be embedded in your post. Then add your text and hit "post comment" and that's it :)

Let me know how it goes.

    Cheers!
