Help with Bitdefender password manager.

Hi people i have looked and cant find an answer, i have emailed bitdefender and got a very odd reply that didn't address what i asked so here i am with a hope i can get an answer. i have just installed password manager and i use brave browser and i have the extension. so far all good. when i open brave the log in page for the password manager opens! i don't want this to open. how can i turn this off or stop it from happening? i want to open the password manager when i want to use it by hitting the extension. that's what its for. any insight or help to tun off this page from opening will be much appreciated.

It seems that there is nothing you could do, but to wait for the fix to be released.

Thank you for your reply i do appreciate it. that sucks that its not a setting that can be changed. lets hope this is something they address asap.
