Issue with Uninstall task job stuck at In Progress
Have done this many times before but trying to remove bit defender under Network from a pc via the Gravity Zone console. The job started but has been sitting at In progress for a few hours.
Version is 6.23.o-4
How can I stop this job so I can try to send another one?
It wont let me delete it I guess because it says its In Progress.

To be sure you have the right steps, to uninstall a PC via GravityZone using a task, you should follow the instructions in the following article:
However, you can delete a task with status in Progress or Pending to start the uninstallation again. Here you have the article with the steps:

Yes the steps in the doc you sent is how I always setup to uninstall the client and also the steps in the doc is what I have been trying to do to delete the uninstall job that is stuck at In Progress.
It will not allow me to delete it. When I try its says the Items you selected could not be deleted.

In order for an Uninstall task to be carried out successfully, you should first ensure that the device is switched on and connected to the Internet.
