One hour after downloading free Bitdefender why is it telling me my subscription has expired?

    I have noticed you currently have a desktop PC protected by Antivirus Free. If the issue persists, tell us where exactly do you see this expiration message. Is it being displayed in your Central account? Make sure Bitdefender is synchronized with Central. To do this, follow the steps described below:

    1. Double-click the Bitdefender shortcut from your Desktop to open the dashboard.

    2. Click the account icon in the top right corner of the Bitdefender interface.

    3. Click the Switch Account button to change the account linked to the computer.

    4. Sign in with the e-mail address and the password of the Central account where the free license is active.

    The validity should be adjusted accordingly afterwards.

    If the issue persists, kindly post a screenshot of both your Central account and Bitdefender interface, so we can further advise.
