Cannot install Opera GX

I tried installing Opera GX, but when I run the installer nothing happens except getting a debug.log with the following:

[0412/171441.855:ERROR:registration_protocol_win.cc(134)] TransactNamedPipe: The pipe has been ended. (0x6D)

[0412/171441.858:ERROR:file_io_win.cc(180)] CreateFile C:\Users\plazm\AppData\Roaming\Opera Software\Opera GX Stable\Crash Reports\settings.dat: Access is denied. (0x5)

[0412/171441.858:ERROR:crashpad_client_win.cc(134)] crash server failed to launch, self-terminating

I don't really know if Bitdfender might be causing the problem. Please help me resolve this issue.
