Why will Bitdefender not download on my Dell Windows 8 laptop? It downloaded on my mobile phone...

I've purchased the Bitdefender Premium Services. Loaded just fine onto my mobile Android.

But, will not load on my laptop. I believe my laptop may have been compromised in some way, but can't be sure. Could a hacker or malware be preventing the download?

Hi @Longswimmer

If you have Windows 8 but not 8.1, I believe that version is not supported due to its default IE 10, compared to 8.1 with IE 11 and other misc. enhancements.

Just to clarify, did you purchase Bitdefender Premium SECURITY:

or Bitdefender Premium SERVICES:

https://www.bitdefender.com/premium-services/

They are two very different products/services.

We need more infos, like: what Bitdefender product did you download/install on your mobile phone, what Bitdefender product do you try to download/install on your PC, some screenshots, etc.
