Log hash of detected malware

Options

When Bitdefeder detects a sample, it would be very helpful if the hash of the detected sample is also logged along with the detection name and location.

If the hash is logged, then it would be very easy to simply copy the hash and check it on Virustotal to learn more about the detected file. It will also make it easy to identify false positives.

Currently there is no way to know more about the file without restoring it, which might not be a good idea since BD by default adds the restored item into the exclusion.

Your competitors like ESET and Kaspersky logs hash of detected files, and even Microsoft Defender can be configured to make it log hash.
