I cant use my software password?

I needed to change access in Notifications for a program. In order to do so, it requires a password.

Well... I tried the password that I have saved and it does not work?

I don't know what happened. The Password(s) that I have is for:

1) Being for this Forum. And,

2) Being for the software that is needed to access changing passwords in the

manage passwords area of Settings. Neither Work now?

Do I have to un-install the software?

The password that I have will not work in the settings/ Password change because it needs a password that I do not have?... How this happened, I don't know except to say that it's very Funny.

Is there an over-ride somewhere? Or am I sci-rewed?

I did not understand what you mean! Is this the password from the Bitdefender wallet? Don't you remember that?
