I recently got a trojan virus.
After days of cleaning my laptop with different anti malware, I decided to finish it off with bitdefender free version.
Now everytime I do anything connected with the internet these kind of messages show up
I don't know what this is.
As you can see the two are slightly different.
Another one was supposedly accessed by discord.
The latest scans have appeared to be clean whatsoever, that's why I'm.baffled

Hello.
First, take screenshot(s) of the issue(s) and create a log on your Windows device using Bitdefender Support Tool, by following these steps:
https://www.bitdefender.com/consumer/support/answer/1733/
Next, create a log on your Windows device using BDsysLog, by following these steps:
https://www.bitdefender.com/consumer/support/answer/1922/
Now, contact Bitdefender Consumer Support by e-mail here (scroll down to the bottom of the page):
https://www.bitdefender.com/consumer/support/
with short description of the issue(s).
After that, you will get an automated reply by the Bitdefender Customer Care Team, with your ticket number.
Now, in reply to that automated reply, you can send the screenshot(s) you already took and the log file(s) you already created in the first step.
Since you are all done, just wait for the support engineers to investigate your issue(s) and find solution(s) to fix the issue(s).
Remember that the screeshot(s) and the log file(s) will help a lot to the support engineers for better and faster investigation on your issue(s) and finding solution(s).
Regards.

To add here,
Below is the virustotal detection for the url
But, the confusing thing here is that even though the url is malicious and blocked but the javascript it downloads is not malicious.
Below is the virustotal result of the javascript that the url downloads
Best option here will be to proceed as per the steps provided by @Gjoksi79_ in above comment.
Regards
