How to set whitelist network access

Hello,

when having Bitdefender installed on Win10, I cannot use my banking software which build a connection to our server. I guess I have to set the access somewhere as I did with Kaspersky which I abandoned. But I havent found where. Maybe someone has an idea. The banking software is called SFirm, the app by the German Sparkasse.

Thanks for any ideas on where in bitdefender I can make the necessary settings.

I think this might be related to the Firewall. Check the article below for steps to take in order to create a rule for the app and let us know how it goes:
