GMX mail doesn't work

I have installed Bitdefender Internet Security and Bitdefender VPN. I use Edge browser (Win 11), and it works fine except for my mail.

I use GMX Mail, and it is not working. When I start it, the Home page displays, but when I click on anything, it hangs.

I am not technical, and while I have searched various settings for both products, I cannot figure out how to fix this.

Can you help me? Thank you.

I tried both solutions (not together). Changing the server worked. Split tunneling did not.
