Cyber Essentials Certification Questions
Hi there, I am looking at obtaining the Cyber essentials certification.
And I just want to know if there is documentation on what Bitdefender could do to help me achieve this, currently I am using Bit Defender Gravity Zone and have Bit Defender Endpoint Security. Is this a FWaaS or an SASE, where we could control what happens with data packets. Many thanks.
We work in a co working environment and are not in control of our own firewall or gateway, we would like to know what Bit Defender Endpoint Security can do for us to manage this, is there any documentation for what Bitdefender do when it comes to obtaining the Cyber Essentials certification.

I am trying to access the customer zone,
It asks me for a license key which I don't believe I have. And if I do, where do I find it?
Hi @Office Ready,
The license key is the unique ID that grants you access to a Bitdefender product. You should have got the key in a proof of purchase/ invoice via email from your partner or from Bitdefender directly.
Regarding your initial post, I will check internally and come back to you with an answer.
I can't seem to get my license key, we bought Gravity Zone through a reseller and have asked them for it but they are unable to assist me.
In this case, it would be the best to contact our Enterprise Technical Support Department, so that they can help you further with this situation regarding the license key.
