Hi thanks for the response.
Problem solved. Bitdefender Password Manager Chrome extension was not showing as installed and activated.
In the upper right corner of your Chrome home page there is a button that looks like a piece of a jig saw puzzle.
This must be opend and Bitdefender Password Manager must be pinned to the task bar. I hope that this solves the issue. Regards

Nice detective work :) Two settings I would recommend enabling. When you log in, check the Remember me box, and in settings, Disable login tab at startup. It can be logged into by clicking on the Chrome browser extension icon that you unveiled.
