Does Bitdefender Deny Changing File Extension?

Hello I have a problem with changing file extentions for example I have a damaged .mp4 file that I'm trying to restore fallowing some guide on the youtube that told me to change the file from .mp4 to avi, but I cannot do it, so I was wondering if bitdefender has somekind of changing type of file protection. If it is so how to avoid this?

    As you can see from the screenshots, your issue is not related to Bitdefender in any way.

    Also, Bitdefender doesn't have an option to block/protect/deny changing file extension.
