Bitdefender Central On Chromebook Wrong Password


I have downloaded BD security to my chromebook via the Google play store. However when I try to log in with my BD password it says it is wrong. I know I am using the correct password so what am I doing wrong? How do I access my mobile remotely through my chromebook to use the anti theft facility
