I can't connect to some websites when VPN is active
Multiple websites are not accessible when the VPN is on.
I have followed the directions on the internet but have to drop out if I want to open settings and use split tunneling.
In settings I only have 2 options, ie STARTUP and NOTIFICATIONS. In order to continue my knowledge stops.
Because it concerns multiple sites, I also wonder if split tunneling is the right procedure for the problem.

Were you able to access these websites using a VPN connection before? Some websites have implemented a system to detect VPNs and do not load or display errors if the Internet connection is filtered through a VPN.
Have you followed the steps described in the article below?
What error messages (if any) are displayed for those pages?

Previously I was able to connect to those sites.
I went through the split-tunnling all the way until I got to the SETTINGS, there I have two options: STARTUP and NOTEFICATION I can turn on and off there. Then the clues stop.

Split tunneling allows you to route any website outside the VPN connection, to access the internet directly. This means that you will not be accessing the websites using an encrypted connection anymore. Can you connect to the websites by adding them to the list? The Split tunneling feature looks like this:
In the event the connection cannot be established at all, I would recommend contacting our Support Teams for further investigation. Please include the following information in your request:
1. The OS on which the VPN is running;
2. If the problem occurs on a specific location or all locations;
3. IP of the affected server, the IP displayed in the VPN interface;
4. For split tunneling issues, the engineers would need to know the applications/sites affected;
5. If using standalone VPN or VPN in BMS (in the event you are using a mobile device);
6. Whether the problem occurs only on mobile data or only on wifi or present on both. Preferably try multiple networks beforehand;
7. The app version;
8. The Central account e-mail address;
