Bitdefender mobile security issues

Hi, my defender mobile app web protection says there is no subscription for web protection. Contact your security provider for more details. I purchased Bitdefender premium subscription out of the store. It does come with web protection. I have a license for 5 devices and I only have it installed on three. I only see the message above on one device which is a IOS Apple IPhone. I also get timeout red banners when Bitdefender scan my emails in the Bitdefender app. I have uninstalled it and reinstall it. Are there any suggestions?
