A question about subscription

We changed from Trial subscription to monthly subscription and we were asking when is it gonna change in our portal. We updated the subscription today and we waited an hour for it to change in the portal self but it hasn't changed anything yet. Do u know when it changes or how we can make it changes? The expiry date is tomorrow 18-11 and we only saw it today. We changed a lot of subscriptions but it doesnt show yet. Anyone has an answer for this?

    Are you using the same e-mail address with Central as the one registered on the forum? I could not locate an active subscription. Have you activated the code received following your purchase?
