Although the scanning process offers a plethora of options and preferences to be configured according to your needs, the antivirus will not allow scans from a batch file nor wake-up to run scans, as it was not designed this way.
But this can make an interesting feature request and I have now converted your post into an ideation thread and moved it to the relevant category. Your suggestion will be analyzed by the developers in the next feedback sprint.
