How Do I Prevent "Endpoint Security Console" (EPConsole.exe) To Run On A Remote Desktop Environment?

In a Bitdefender Endpoint Security running on a Windows 2016 Server, every time a Remote Desktop user logs on, an instance of "Endpoint Security Console" (EPConsole.exe) is started.

In my scenario, this is the most memory consuming application, and with hundreds of users logged on, the memory became an issue.

And I think the console isn't needed anyway, as the protection function regardless it and regular users have no rights to interact with it anyway.

Does anyone knows how can I prevent regular ( not administrators ) users from loading "Endpoint Security Console" (EPConsole.exe) at logon?

Thanks in advance.

    Hello @Concentra,

This is standard function of our product when a Remote Desktop user logs on, opening epconsole.exe. A quick workaround for your specific instance would be Silent Mode from policies (Selecting current policy -> General -> Notifications) .

Please let me know if additional information is required.
