Discrepancies Between Bitdefender Central And Listed Devices. Any Help?
Has anyone else experienced a discrepancy between what Bitdefender Central says about a listed device's protection and what the listed devices say? Yesterday, Bitdefender said my Windows 10 laptop was "at risk" because the Total Security I had just activated wasn't on. And yet, the Bitdefender app agent on my laptop was saying "you are safe". Total deletion and reinstall of all Bitdefender on my laptop solved the problem. Now, I am having a similar issue between Bitdefender Central and my iPhone 11. Bitdefender Central says web protection is off. But the iPhone 11 says it is on.

Indeed, this behaviour is already known for mobile phones and it has been reported on Android as well.
It has also been noticed that whenever the phone is restarted, a notification in Central is received and this shows that there are configuration issues for the device involving Web Protection. However, when checking the device in the "My devices" tab in Central, the device appears as ‘safe’, with no issues displayed. Mobile Security doesn’t display any issues either and Web Protection is on.
The errors have been reported in both the Central App and Central web.
