Receiving an "Installation Error" message when trying to install Total Security on my Mac M1 Ventura

I can't install Total Security Bitdefender on my Power Mac M1 running Ventura 13.4. I receive the message "Installation Error" message. Will not proceed beyond that point. See attached screenshot Any recommendations?

Hi @Pioneer82,

Are you installing the product for the first time, or have you had a previous version installed (a trial, or an older version)? This would be the first thing to check. In the event a previous version was installed, follow the steps from this link to uninstall that version. After the uninstall process is finished, follow the installation steps from this article again. Refer to Gjoksi's link above for any issues encountered during installation and let us know how it goes.
