Bitdefender GravityZone - signature file updates failing

We have a workstation that is behind a firewall that is locked down such that we need to whitelist anything that needs access. We have whitelisted .bitdefender.com/* and still attempting to update signature files fail.

What I need to know is where the antimalware, network attack defence, and security content update attempt to download from.

The history lists the errors like this:

Corellation Technologies update failed

Antimalware update failed

Network Attack Defense update failed
