Bitdefender Firewall Blocks Xbox Systems administration on PC

As the title says in the wake of getting BD Web Security 2020 Xbox Systems administration gets impeded on PC and I can't play any web-based games that rely upon it. There's nothing in the logs that BD blocks something it simply doesn't work once the Firewall part is empowered.

Pictures howl. When BD FW is on no server network and when BD FW is off and Windows Firewall assumes control I get server availability
