Since renewing annual subscription to Bitdefender Total Security (Build 220.127.116.11) the program has stopped updating. When selecting a manual update it just runs without any results.
Any ideas what the cause might be and how to fix it?

I'm not sure what's causing it, but it wasn't caused by the renewal, otherwise, you would probably have some notification on your Dashboard or your My Account information link at the top of the UI. Have you restarted your device, and tried the manual update again?
If yes, and it still won't update, try running a repair.
It may take some time for the download and install to progress once the widow opens showing, installing. Also, the update may take a while to complete. At least that's what I found a couple of days ago when doing a repair.

I have noticed that your license has been successfully extended to July 2024, but this has nothing to do with the update not progressing. There isn't much you can do, apart from a repair, as @Scott suggested above and perhaps try again later? In any case, you are running the latest version that was released on July 11 so I wouldn't worry much.
