Downgrade to previous version

Hi,

I have some problems on the lastest version 27.0.x.. Where can I download install previous version 26.x

There is no reverting back to a previous version. There is no archive of old builds. At times when we do a complete uninstall, we will get the previous build from Central when we install it. But you will not get back to 26, as that is to far back, and eventually BD would update you to the newest build anyway. Unless you were to turn Silent updates off, and un-checked Product updates every time that update arrived (changing your update frequency settings to a longer period of time). But that gets old fairly quickly.

You can only download the standalone/offline version 26 of bitdefender total security from below stated link

After installing please make sure to disable product update as @Scott stated above.

@Flexx is there a download page, and not just link, as I did not know there was a v26 download option?

In Chrome on my PC, it would not download. In Firefox I got the below warning:

I am not trying to contradict Flexx, but in my opinion, if you are having problems, I would suggest for you to stay on your current build and let the engineers come up with the patches and fixes they are working on. It could become difficult, if not more of an issue in trying to catch up from v26 to v27+ after things settle down. As much as possible, it's always best to do things through Central as far as installs, it goes smoother and more seamless that way.

@Scott, my downloads are working fine.

As per other queries, no, currently there is no download page available for any of the standalone installer for bitdefender, but extensive search only provides download links for bitdefender total security. There is only download page available for downloading signature updates for bitdefender product and that too on weekly basis. As per the warning shown up in firefox, that is false positive.
