Password for firewall unknown

Hey guys, seeing as I spent 3 hours trying to find a # for Bitdefender I must ask y’all. I had another cyber attack and Bitdefender is failing me again.

I need to change my firewall settings so I can even access the password reset file, but all my firewall is set to block and I can’t get any internet access. Idk why it’s a different password than central but it is.

im very displeased with bit defender and will not ever use them again. Thanks!

    Check if below stated steps helps

    1) Open Bitdefender.

    2) Click on the Protection tab.

    3) Click on the Firewall panel.

    4) In the Firewall panel, turn on the switch next to "Enable Firewall".

    5) Click on the "Advanced" button.

    6) In the Advanced Firewall settings dialog box, click on the "Inbound Rules" tab.

    7) Click on the "New Rule" button.

    8) In the New Rule Wizard dialog box, select the "Port" rule type.

    9) In the "Port Range" dialog box, enter the port number for the password reset file.

    10) In the "Action" dialog box, select "Allow the connection".

    11) In the "Profile" dialog box, select the appropriate profiles for your network.

    12) Click on the "Next" button.

    13) In the "Name" dialog box, enter a name for the rule.

    14) Click on the "Finish" button.
