One click optimizer and file shredder not working after Win 10 update.

My system is Win 10 64bit. After a recent Win update, I began having troubles with Bitdefender utilities. Specifically (maybe more) OneClick Optimizer and File Shredder no longer work, they open and start then nothing happens.

I tried reinstalling Bitdefender; it did not help.

    Flex, thanks for the detailed and helpful response. I did uninstall Bitdefender and associated files and folders as suggested. I once again, reinstalled BitD and the installation looked a little more normal than the last time.

    Install was successful.
