How to get the one code activation after renewing the subscription

Hi all,

I'm a visually impaired user and I navigate using voiceover and I'm experiencing some trouble in installing again my subscription for Bitdefender Central. Could someone please let me know how I can get the activation code or in general how to install the antivirus?

The first time someone else did it for me but I'm learning to become more independent and I preferred to write a post here to get some support. I'm not very sure how this form works but if there is anyone that could help I appreciate that.
