SafePay does not display properly
After installing the Bitdefender update on 9/30/2023, SafePay stopped displaying properly (I don't recall making any other changes). The log-in screen is now about a quarter of the page instead of the full page, and after logging in, the screen only displays a small slice of the left side of the page with no controls visible. The only way to close the page is to return to desktop and close from the toolbar. The last time I tried to do this, it locked my computer on a blank screen. I tried adjusting my display settings, but there does not seem to be a setting that is useable in both SafePay and everything else. After adjusting the resolution, any document opened in SafePay still had no controls.
I am using a Surface Pro 7
Windows 11
MS Edge for my browser

If you choose email, you will receive a ticket number in your registered email. Please generate and attach the following logs to the ticket number that you received on your registered email:

If the generated logs are larger in size, you can upload them to Google Drive or WeTransfer (with a 7-day link validity for free users). Alternatively, you can ask the support team to provide you with the online link and password for Bitdefender Cloud, where you can upload the logs and share the upload link with the support team.
The support team will respond to the same email within the next 24-48 hours, excluding weekends.

This is a known situation currently under investigation by the development teams.
The log-in screen is now about a quarter of the page instead of the full page - I confirm it's displayed like this for me as well.

I am having this same problem since the last update. Black screen sometimes, can't zoom screen, not able to close out while in SafePay, etc. When will this be fixed?
