Ho rinnovato BIT Defender passando da 5 a 10 utenz3. Ora su BIT Central ho i due abbonamenti, il secondo non si carica. cosa debbo fare? Disinstallare tutto e re-installarlo?

    Based on my findings, you currently have two products active in your Central account. The previous Total Secuity license that will expire in December and the Premium Security subscription you have purchased recently. Because the liceses are different in terms of configuration and number of devices they can cover, the new subscription was activated in parallel with the existing one, as the validity could not be merged in this case. This means that, the two will overlap until Total Security expires. When that happens, the protected devices will be assigned to the new Premium Security subscription, but you can also reallocate them manually by following the steps described in this article:
