Why am I seeing the Bitdefender Box2 Red Light go on and off for weeks?

For the last few weeks it seems like every time I look at my Bit Box the Red Wheel is spinning. It is doing it right now as I am writing this post. I have tried Rebooting the box, Router and Computer but it does not seem to have any effect. The amount of time the Red Wheel stays on vary any where from 2 min to 2 hours. Even if I reboot the box while it is spinning it will start up still spinning, like it can't connect to the server.

This is not a new setup, I have had my box online for over 3 years with no issues until recently.

Is there a problem at the server that we have not been told about? Or could my box be dying?

Complained earlier that Bitdefender constantly uses Chicago for the VPN source attraction. That is a horrible situation. Why not use Detroit that is a MI city and would make online better?
