Excel Add-In Quarantined
Hello,
I have been using Big Red Consulting's Excel Add-In tools for years. Suddenly BitDefender is blocking the application and related temp files. I've reached out to BRC and they say it is a false positive.
I have already:
Run a Full BitFender Scan - nothing reported
Removed, rebooted and reloaded the BRC software - no resolution
Deleted all temp and prefetch files and rebooted - no resolution
Rebooted in Safe Mode - no resolution
This is one of the error message I keep receiving (other identifies a temp file):

The file C:\Users\cih62\Documents\BRC\IIF Transaction Creator Pro\Transaction Creator Pro for QB.xla is infected with VBA:Logan.9786 and was moved to quarantine. It is recommended that you run a System Scan to make sure your system is clean.
I am running on Windows 11 and use BitDefender Total Control.
How can I stop the quarantine from happening as I use these tools often?
