Bitdefender Safepay window hiding

When I use Safepay, after a short time (20 secs to 1 minute), the Safepay window disappears and my screen reverts to the last Chrome window I was using. I can restore it to where it was by clicking on the Bitdefender icon in the taskbar, but the same thing happens again after a short period.

My Bitdefender is up to date, and I have tried reinstalling. Any suggestions?

My version is Bitdefender Safepay 27.0.27.129 Chrome embedded Framework (CEF)119.1.2.1
