I received this message. Tried the uninstall-tool => unistalling was not completed.

How to install/reïnstall ???

    Does the issue persist? Normally, the uninstall tool should do the trick. If you are still encountering this error, I would recommend contacting the Technical Support Teams, as more information might be required to troubleshoot this. You can get in touch with the Bitdefender engineers by choosing one of the contact channels listed here:

    Scroll down to state your contact reason, then choose from the available contact channels, chat, phone and email/ticket. Chat would be the fastest way to reach them.

    Thanks Alex,

    1ste time the uninstall-tool has given a message: it could not complete de deinstallation. I checked : 2 directories (incl subdirectories) were still there.

    The morning after I runned the tool again and then it succeeded.

    I reïnstalled Bitdefender and now everything = OK!
