Hello @riship,
Can you please elaborate? What app is being removed and when exactly, what module blocks / removes the app and what type of detection does Bitdefender return? (if the antivirus is indeed the culprit here).
If you are suspecting an incorrect detection, you can submit a sample of the app to the Bitdefender Labs for analysis using the form available at the link below:
Once confirmed, false alarms are corrected within hours.

@riship ,
Welcome to the Bitdefender Forums. By "ea app," I presume you mean Electronic Arts.
You should only have to add an exception to whichever Bitdefender protection component is removing it. For example, if it is the anti-virus, follow the instructions below.
I hope this helps. Have a great day.
Regards,
Phil

You can set the file in exclusion as stated by @garioch7 until the file is analyzed by the malware researchers.
A more comprehensive approach to set exclusions in all Bitdefender products would be as follows:
1) Temporarily disable Bitdefender Protection: https://www.bitdefender.com/consumer/support/answer/28557/
2) Set exclusions in Bitdefender Antivirus: https://www.bitdefender.com/consumer/support/answer/13427/
3) Set exclusions in Bitdefender Advanced Threat Defense: https://www.bitdefender.com/consumer/support/answer/2393/
4) Re-enable real-time protection in Bitdefender
If possible, kindly upload the file to VirusTotal and then share the link here.
If you want to directly submit the file to malware researchers, you can follow the steps provided by @Alexandru_BD above. The maximum time frame for the malware researchers to check the file and determine whether it is indeed malicious or a false positive is 72 hours.
