How do you reset the Firewall?

So, I'm using Windows 10 operating system, with obviously Bitdefender. I was wondering how does one go about resetting their Firewall? I normally know how to do this, but it seems Bitdefender might be a little temperamental of allowing me to do so.

Do I simply turn Bitdefender off, then go into settings and click on Reset Windows Firewall? 🤔
