Bitdefender central not getting all detected threats notifications

The bitdefender total security on my laptop is not sending all the things it blocks to the bitdefender central.
It's sending all the certificate detections on websites but not any malware detection on websites. It does still detect and blocks the malware sites and shows it in the notifications in the bitdefender app on my windows 10 laptop but does not sent them to the bitdefender central.

    We couldn't reproduce this behavior on our end, so my recommendation is to ask the Support engineers to take a closer look, as more information might be required to troubleshoot this. You can get in touch with them by choosing one of the contact channels listed here:

    State your contact reason, then choose from the available contact channels, chat, phone and email/ticket. Chat would be the fastest way to reach them.

    Is this an issue that bitdefender support is aware of or not? As @dvsls is listed as BD Staff.

    OS Windows 10 Pro 22H2 x64 With Latest Windows Updates Installed
    OS Build 19045.4170
    Experience Windows Feature Experience Pack 1000.19054.1000.0
    BD Total Security 27.0.35.147
    Google Chrome 124.0.6367.61 x64

    As you can see from the screenshots, only the first 2 detections (the EICAR files) were notified in Bitdefender Central.

    The third detection (the Trojan detection) was NOT notified in Bitdefender Central.

    So, as already stated, not all detections were/are notified in Bitdefender Central.

    Update: The malware detections on my laptop are now showing up in central in the security tab, some detections still don't show in the bell icon on the top in central but some do, they all however do show in the security tab.

    So I guess it's mostly fixed at least on my pc.
