Bitdefender not conducting automatic scans

My BD on android does not scan automatically and when I manually check it is 6 days or so without scanning.

I thought regular daily scans were automatically run by BD.

Appreciate advice on how to reinstate daily auto scans.

Bitdefender Mobile Security for Android currently does not offer an option for scheduled scans. This is by design, as Bitdefender focuses on automatically scanning apps upon installation or update.
