Renewed licence but still showing old expiry date?
Just updated total security licence 1yr 5 devices .
The pc I used to enter the new key has reset the expiry date on the programme dashboard and it has added the 12 months in central , but the laptop which is still included in the list of "my devices" still says it expires in 23 days . is there a delay in updating the timer across the devices covered ?

What you can do on the laptop that isn't syncing to your renewal, is go to the top right of the main BD UI where it says My Account. Click on where it says Switch Account then enter the email address you used for your Central Account and your password, and see if it resyncs to the correct number of days.
