Please install this Redistributable first and reboot the PC:

After this, rerun the installation kit and let me know if everything is OK now.

I was also facing this same problem. However, I ran Registry cleaner software which helped to remove old entries of previous anti-virus which might have been conflicting with the new installation.
Now it is working fine. Try to remove the traces of your previous anti-virus. It could help.0 -
