[in development] Windows 10 “threshold 2” To Launch November 2nd For Consumers

Windows 10 "Threshold 2" is almost ready. In fact, we're now less than two weeks away from it being publicly available as according to my sources, the update will launch for consumers on November 2nd, lining up with our previous report which claimed it would launch in early November....
Consumers will receive this update automatically, much like any other update starting November 2nd. Of course, until this is officially confirmed by Microsoft, the date could always change.
I was able to install BDTS 2016 last night on Windows 10 th2 build 10565. I do not know if there will be another build for the official release of what Microsoft is calling Windows 10 Fall Update,
In any case there are two issues at the moment with BDTS 2016 20.0.20.1143 on Windows 10 th2 build 10565; i.e., Active Threat Control and Intrusion Detection can not be activated. Whether these issues are limited to my computer or not I do not know. Whether the issue is due to some programming code in the Insider Fast Track Ring build 10565 that will be removed when the Windows 10 Fall Update is released I do not know. Whether there will be another update to BD 2016 products before the Windows 10 Fall Update is released I do not know. From this we can see there is a lot I do not know. " /> I have submitted the necessary material to Bitdefender Tech Support. Again the issues may have to do with code in the Insider Fast Track build that Microsoft will remove with the release of Windows 10 Fall Update.
Some input on this from Georgia or any Bitdefender tech support person would be helpful.

I am curious too if Bitdefender will be fully supported in the Windows 10 Fall Update.
But the lack of support here is a disgrace.
Never see any information on updates or anything else.

I agree with you. Anyway back to the topic. If BD won't fully work with Win.10 Fall update I will ask for money back. I didn't pay for half product.0 -

A new AVC sdk is currently being tested and is going to be released on time for the next Windows 10 official update. The issues you report with ATC and IDS on the current Insider Preview will be addressed with this new sdk.
