Bit Defender Antivirus For Mac - Problem With 3Rd Machine Protection

I purchased Antivirus for Mac for 3 machines. It has downloaded fine on my Macbook and MacBook Air, but on my new iMac I continually have the AntiVirus for Mac pop up window visible, which won't disappear even when I force quit that application (it simply reappears!). When I'm logged into the Bitdefender Central home page, it shows that my iMac is not protected (the 2 laptops ARE protected) but never seems to move the status to protected, simply says it is pending.

I tried to raise a ticket about this, but can't do so because I don't have a license key number, just downloaded it from the wen automatically when I bought it online. the help function seems anything but intuitive! Not impressed at all so far guys! :(

    Hello Zardoz,

    To be able to open a ticket without a licence key, you need to select one of the 2016 products. In your case "The New Bitdefender for MAC"

    I have opened a case for you : 2016060407290001 and sent you a email with instructions in resolving this matter.
