Did not receive activation code email


I purchased Bitdefender family pack two nights ago, I received the payment confirmation email but never got the activation email. I have installed the product on my PC using the trial period, but really would like to be able to use my license I purchased. How can I get my activation code?

  • Same issue here.  I paid, received a receipt and have not received an activation code in the last 30mins.


  • I was able to get my problem solved using the chat support from the website. It turns out I received the email in my "Low Priority" mailbox in Inbox. I am not sure why as all the other BitDefender emails went to Updates or Purchases. I also found the orginal one (which took almost 45 minutes to show up after my purchase based on time stamps). 


     


    Chiptouz: you can actually get your activation code by signing into https://secure.avangate.com/myaccount/ and using your order number to create a new account. This should be much easier than using the aweful support offered by BitDefender.
