Deinstall your firefox completely. Use CCleaner. Deinstall your BD too. Completely. Restart your PC. Install the latest fox. Then Bitdefender.
Problem solved. Coz here all works.
1) Deinstall fox, use a wiper like ccleaner download the latest fox found here, in your language https://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/firefox/releases/57.0/win64/
2) Deinstall Bitdefender completely (after it, search for left entries there, use a proggi like VIT cleaner http://vitsoft.net/en/ . To trace rests of Bitdefender)
3) Reboot your computer
4) Use Ccleaner again
5) Enter BD central - delete your old unit (refresh your browser, that you see 0/5 units are used) (maybe it has to get done by Edge, coz, we know, you deleted the fox)
6) download the installer
7) install fox again.
8) install the latest bitdefender.

And restart your pc via CMD (command line) -
shutdown.exe /g /t 00 -

Its not real solutions, Please ask support for official fix update. Also PM are not find out mozilla firefox browser.

We have to use our solution, as how long, they do not fix it. That is, why the forum is for, too. And i am sure, they sometimes look into this forum. To make the bugs go away, to make their software run more smooth.

update... wallet is supported in firefox quantum for quite some time now... this is late reply but still0
