Bitdefender VPN Error Code: 3

Hello, when I try to connect using the VPN it shows the error code 3, the message says that I've exceeded the devices limit, but I have only 2 devices enabled. I've just updated my OS from Windows 8.1 to 101787188836_Screenshot(4).thumb.png.be6c187656d32396714846d083910548.png
