Hi... I'll try and help you figure this out. First of all, purchasing a renewal does not automatically activate it when the first one runs out. You will have to do that from your BD Central account. Now if you go to your BD Central account, does it show 2 unactivated subscriptions? Let me know and we'll take it from there.
