Installation on different devices

Hi. I have a subscription for 3 devices. I have been able to install BitDefender on my PC, but not on my Android tablet or Android phone. I believe this is because I had a previous trial version of BitDefender Mobile Security on both mobile devices. No matter what I do (uninstall BD on both Android devices, send link to redownload from my PC) I eventually end up at BitDefender Central, where it tells me that my Mobile Security Subscription has expired and I should renew,at a cost of AUD14.95 per year. But I don't want to renew (or pay) - I want to use the 3-device subscription I've already paid for, and which is successfully installed on my PC.

How shall I proceed?

    Hello @PatScott ,

    • Just visit central.bitdefender.com and click on My Subscription tab just to make sure you have Mobile Security subscription as active.
    • Just drop a mail to bitsy@bitdefender.com describing the issue, you will receive a response from them at the earliest. Also mention the bitdefender central account which you are facing the issue.
