Premium VPN Upgrade not showing after Payment

Hi, I have renewed my subscription and whilst it is shown in Bitdefender Central the desktop connection is still showing it is on the daily limit....is there an easy way to rectify this. The email address and account details are the same!

    Appears a simple App delete and reinstall has fixed it!
