I had the same problem, but with only 1 device. They applied the payment to a different android phone. This the correct phone is now expired. I contacted both bitdefender support and 2co support. The only thing I got was a copy of my paid invoice.
Any ideas? I went into device management before my subscription expires and removed the old phone, so now I have a subscription but nothing attached to it. Help!
